The ash-reduced and fuel-saving engine oil for modern MINI engines – The MINI Original Longlife -12 FE SAE 0W-30 engine oil is an innovative engine oil which ensures proven fuel savings for diesel engines in the NEDC compared to Longlife-01 products. It also, therefore, lowers CO2 emissions. Besides, a novel additive technology with significantly reduced amounts of ash-forming substances protects the diesel particle filter from contamination (low-SAPS formula). In addition, this engine oil based on synthetic technology facilitates cold starting at low temperatures and protects against corrosion and deposits, keeping the engine cleaner.
Suitable for MINI diesel engines with maximum 1 turbocharger from model year 2014. For engines with 2 or more turbochargers, oils with Longlife-04 specification must be used. Also suitable for MINI petrol engines approved for this purpose in the EU region, including Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein from model year 2002 onwards.
