THE FACTS.

WHAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW.

When in search of new adventures, it’s advisable to open the black soft top of the MINI Cooper SD Roadster. That’s when driver and passenger experience pure Roadster feeling.

Regardless of how the two-seater is driven, its passengers can always rely on stacks of power. The diesel engine alone promises a generous torque of 305 Nm @ 1,750-2,700 rpm Newton metres – at 105 kW (143hp) @ 4,000 rpm. Its silhouette is also extremely sporty and instantly reveals that the MINI Cooper SD Roadster is a means of transport designed with speed in mind. Especially when the manually operated fabric soft top has been lowered.

With so much roadster, only one question really remains: where will the next adventure lead?

Packed to the brim with good ideas. The roll-over bars made of polished stainless steel, an automatically extendable rear spoiler and a load-through system from the passenger compartment into the 240-litre boot. A whole lot of intelligent features coupled with a pure spirit of adventure.

TECHNICAL INFO.

EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE.

Numbers that count:
No matter whether the MINI Cooper SD Roadster is demanding extreme performance or just cruising, the engine always only uses as much fuel as is currently needed. Meaning that stops for refuelling become a minor matter.

What the racy two-seater doesn’t stint on is its exceptional muscle in every torque range. This enables a confident driving style, despite minimal gear changes. After all, now and again it's also fun to take a relaxed drive home in a MINI Cooper SD Roadster after an adventure.

You can benefit from a good feeling that the environment is benefiting as well: with CO2 emissions of 118 [143] g/km.

PERFORMANCE DATA.

NOTES
All details refer to vehicles with six-speed manual transmission as standard equipment. Values in [ ] apply to vehicles with an automatic six-speed transmission Steptronic.

All MINI models meet the EU5 emission standards. Fuel consumption is determined in accordance with the ECE driving cycle (80/1268 EEC) made up of approximately one third urban traffic and two thirds extra-urban driving (based on the distance covered). CO2 emissions are measured in addition to fuel consumption as such. Fuel consumption levels are calculated on the basis of vehicles with standard equipment. Optional equipment (e.g. wider tyres) may significantly influence consumption.

¹ The figure quoted includes a 76% tank filling, 68 kg for the driver and 3 kg for luggage. Unladen weight applies to vehicles with standard equipment. Optional equipment will increase this figure.
